Here on the Costa de la Luz (the coast of light) where the atmosphere,
climate and surrounding environment is unique to Andalusia,
we are able to enjoy a good range of outdoor activities
and have been able to developed a yoga program that
is suited to beginners and those who wish to improve
their yoga skills.
By enjoying the surrounding environment of Conil de
la Frontera for our yoga sessions, it is possible to
enjoy yoga on the beach or out in the countryside with
spectacular sea views over the Atlantic Ocean.

The yoga sessions incorporate gentle breathing and
stretching exercises that have been specially adapted
from Ashtanga Yoga. Most of our sessions will take place
on the beautiful beaches in and around Conil de la Front
era.
Most of our classes are ideally suited to mixed ability
levels, however we do have available extra Ashtanga
classes for those who wish.
The principle behind the yoga sessions is to enjoy the great outdoors
whilst practicing a positive and healthy yoga & breathing exercises.
